  • Ways To Find Someone For Free

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2009 and filed under accredited paralegal schools | No Comments »

There are various ideas and tricks to find people free online. Just take a few minutes to learn about this one popular one used today.

Some of the issues discussed include the following topics: people finder free information, how can i locate someone, free people finder websites to name just a few.

I will answer the question on how to find someone for free with a simply yet efficient method that I have been implementing for years to locate friends at no cost or without paying for further information. Of course there are variousother ways to do it. In fact you can even use people search locators online. I recommend that you start by reading this method before going anywhere else online.

basically its a simple way based on the concept of viral marketing. I know that you probably have a circle or network of friends that you keep in touch with every now and then online. In fact in your inbox are many contacts i.e. email addresses and maybe even phone numbers, residential addresses and more – according to which email service you use.

Now what I once did was to create one of those slides that get forwarded over the net like crazy. It was quite a nice slide with a beautiful message about love, family and happiness. I then added my message at the bottom. It was concerning my search for my long lost friend. I put his name and a nickname and also put my email and phone number.

I forwarded this message to about a hundred of my friends and email addresses I had in my inbox. Few weeks down the line I got the same email I had written out and it had since been sent to hundreds if not thousands of other emails.

Did I find my friend? Yes and no. The idea provided me with a few leads that I chased up later on and was able to get some rather useful information concerning the location of my friend. Allow me to say this is not the best option on how to find someone for free but it is worth giving it a shot – if you can find the time to create an interesting message that can get forwarded by friends and colleagues.

    employment criminal background checks

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2009 and filed under accredited paralegal schools | No Comments »

Background checks are a useful screening and selection tool for companies. Of the many types of background checks, criminal background checks are routinely carried out by employers to ensure that they are not courting a risk of physical and mental trauma. In fact, in several states in the U.S, criminal background checks are compulsory for prospects who apply for positions in places such as nursing homes, educational institutions, and adult care centers.

Firms that do background checks have access to records in county courthouses and databases in various states that contain information on those convicted or charged with felony, misdemeanor, or criminal act. Upon receiving a request from a client, the firm researches the county records of the individual’s place of residence.  The information required for initiating a search includes the first, middle, and last names, social security number, date of birth, and county of residence. The results may be obtained from county, state, and federal resources.

The most detailed information is usually obtained from the county courts; it can include criminal charges, dates, the sentence, and disposition. County courts also provide dockets and supporting documents upon request. The amount and detail of information available in repositories across states in the U.S can vary. The information obtained will be a compilation of records gathered from police departments and the local courts.

For information on criminal acts that take place outside a state or local jurisdiction, federal records are referred. The criminal activities covered in federal records include drug trafficking, dealing in stolen materials, kidnapping, arson, and dacoity. The time required for obtaining information from the county and federal records will likely vary from one to three days. The turnaround time for information from state records may vary with the state.

Background checks might also be requested from government organizations like the Department of Justice. The information provided is limited to criminal history information and will not have data on the status of immigration and consumer credit data.

Since there is no national database on criminals, the most effective way of obtaining information on criminals is to visit: Criminal Record Finder

Why Allow the IRS to Levy Your Pay?

Posted by admin on October 28th, 2009 and filed under accredited paralegal schools | No Comments »

Google Alerts sent me an alert about a woman posting to her blog about her problem with an IRS levy. She writes:

I used to owe the IRS about 25,000 dollars, that’s with fees and penalties and with no hope of getting the bill down.

What this woman didn't understand is that the IRS can't tax our rights. Most people don’t know this though, including IRS agents. She continued:

First we tried monthly payments and that did not work out. Then the IRS levied our pay check from work leaving us with 400 dollars to live on.

This could have never happened if this woman had known about my IRS Terminator package. This woman did not know that when you request a Collection Due Process Hearing the levy on their pay, and all other tax collection activity, would have come to a screaching halt. The writer continued:

At that time we had seen an ad in the paper for Harrison Grave that will help people get rid of the IRS problems. We went to see them, not knowing that this was not even their official office but a temporary leased office. They told us it would cost total of 2,000 dollars to help us. We were so scared and had no idea what to do, so we accepted and began making payments to them to help us talk to the IRS.

In Houston, Texas on July 12, 2005, Steven T. Miller, Commissioner TE/GE gave a speech to IRS Tax Forums saying the following with my emphasis added:

“I want to salute our partners who have been such a big help at these forums. I want to thank, in alphabetical order, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals, the National Society of Accountants, and the National Society of Tax Professionals.”

“We will try to help you as best we can – by continuing to improve our electronic and information services, updating our computers, and vigorously enforcing the law against the unscrupulous few who threaten the integrity of your industry.”

This looks like strong evidence that companies like Harrison Grave are really the IRS’s partners in collecting taxes. It would be interesting to talk to other Harrison Grave customers and see if they ever solved an IRS levy problem for anybody. The writer continued:

We submitted the information they needed to began the process and after nine month and still did not hear anything from the Harrison and Grave people we called them asking for an update on what was going on. Needless to say they gave us the run around. I even drove to their office in NC to see them and still no results. They took our 2,000 and did nothing for us. When I called them at that time and told them the IRS is Levy our pay check they said “We have a special team working on your case to stop the Levy’s.” That was all a lie. The IRS levied our second pay check… I knew Harrison Grave was a joke…”

Results like this are why people in a situation of having unpaid taxes, unfiled returns, or returns filed under what is considered by the mainstream as an unusual theory of law such as a Cracking the Code return should prepare by studying in advance about how deal with a notice of levy.

Tips on how to capture great snapshots

Posted by admin on October 27th, 2009 and filed under accredited paralegal schools | No Comments »

One of the things that people love to do in their lives is to take photographs of almost anything dear to them or something that catches their attention.  Whether it is professionally or just as a hobby millions of people do it.And people loved it more with the invention of digital cameras especially those point-and-shoot digital cameras.  But the ease of pointing and taking a picture isn’t all there is to taking photos.  In fact if you really want to take nice photos there are some things you can do.So, here are some few tips that can help you in taking better-than-point-and-shoot photos.

First one is a big help in taking great photos. It is what they call as perspective. From where you take the shot is very important.  Taking a picture from the side can bring a totally different perspective from a shot from the front.  I have seen this firsthand doing San Diego photographer.Taking photos at different angles will result to different looks using the same subject or scenery.By taking shots in different angles you can see which shot is the most beautiful.

Here is another uncommon one.Do not place your subjects at the center of your pictures. Most people have this knowledge that in taking pictures the subjects should be at the center.  I have seen from my experience taking photos as a San Diego wedding photographer this doesn’t always produce the best shot.By changing the style of the shot you can create a more attractive shot with varying flows.

Last tip is to use a technique they call depth.  With this you are trying to amplify the depth of a shot.  That way you aren’t just taking 2 dimensional shots but photos that are 3 dimensional. This results to nice looking photographs.  This has helped me make some of my event photography San Diego come alive.  Rather than having flat photos, the shots make a person feel they are there.

Following these tips will turn some of your amateur photography into beautiful expressions.
